This policy explains how AffioraTool (https://deerhuntingfield.com/affioratool/), an internal desktop application operated by deerhuntingfield.com, handles data, including data obtained from Google APIs.

1. Who uses AffioraTool

AffioraTool is a private tool used only by its owner and invited team members for their own marketing research. It is not offered to the public.

2. Google user data we access

  • When you connect a Google Ads account, AffioraTool asks for permission to the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords).
  • AffioraTool only reads keyword planning data (average monthly searches, monthly search trends, competition and top-of-page bid ranges, and keyword ideas) through the Google Ads Keyword Planner.
  • AffioraTool does not read or change your campaigns, ads, budgets, billing or account settings, and does not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google service.

3. How data is used

  • Keyword data is used only to display search volume and trends for the domains the user chooses to research.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or training AI/ML models.
  • We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with any third party.

4. Storage and security

  • All data (including the OAuth refresh token and keyword results) is stored locally on the user’s own computer in the application’s data file. It is not uploaded to any server we operate.
  • Access to the computer and the application is limited to the owner and invited team members.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Data stays on the user’s computer until the user deletes it in the application or deletes the application’s data folder.
  • You can revoke AffioraTool’s access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Compliance

AffioraTool’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
